Cancellations
Because each piece is made to order and production may begin shortly after purchase, cancellation requests must be submitted within 4 hours of placing your order by contacting hello@noytawiljewelry.com.
We will do our best to accommodate requests received within this window; however, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Once production has begun, an order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Sizing
Please select your size carefully when placing your order.
If your piece requires resizing after delivery, please contact us at hello@noytawiljewelry.com. Resizing availability and associated costs depend on the individual design, and certain pieces may not be able to be resized.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Every Noy Tawil piece is carefully inspected prior to shipment.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@noytawiljewelry.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the piece and packaging so that our team can assist you as quickly as possible.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.
