Production
Each Noy Tawil piece is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–5 weeks for production before your order is ready to ship.
As each piece is individually made, production times may vary slightly depending on the design, stone availability, sizing, and other custom specifications. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
If you need your piece by a specific date, please contact us at hello@noytawiljewelry.com prior to placing your order. While expedited production cannot always be guaranteed, we will always do our best to accommodate your request.
U.S. Shipping
We offer complimentary insured shipping within the United States.
Once your piece has completed production, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Please allow additional 2-4 days transit time once your order has completed production.
All U.S. orders are fully insured while in transit and require a signature upon delivery.
International Shipping
We currently ship to most international destinations. Orders to certain countries or regions may be unavailable due to carrier, insurance, regulatory, or service restrictions.
International shipping is currently offered at a flat rate, displayed at checkout. Shipping rates may be updated from time to time based on destination and service availability.
Please allow additional transit time once your order has completed production. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing in the destination country.
International orders are fully insured while in transit, and a signature will be required upon delivery where available.
Duties & Taxes
USA sales tax is currently collected on orders shipped to Florida, in accordance with state requirements.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient upon arrival.
Noy Tawil Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for duties, taxes, or fees assessed by local authorities.
